One Core Construction Management.  A full-service construction company started in 2003 in South America and moved to the USA in 2005. OneCore CM started to grow slowly, the company started doing finish work and special decorative pieces, expanding to concrete repairs and structure later, finally getting to complete building from ground to floor, with an expertise in Construction Project Management. Since 2007 the Company started the search for green construction practices looking to overcome even more interesting challenges in the building industry with a mindset for a sustainable future, within that road OneCore CM became an FPL Florida power and Light (TM) participating independent contractor (PIC) for some of their energy savings programs still available to these days. OneCore CM is a full-service construction company that offers a wide range of services including General Contracting, Construction Management, consulting and remodeling for commercial and residential projects, going from the early stages up to the completion of the project. We provide outstanding and quality service to our customers in every project, working closely with them in order to achieve their complete satisfaction. At OneCore CM we work with a group of reputed architects and engineers in the state of Florida; we can provide to our customers not just the Construction as General Contractors but a one stop Construction Management including new design trends and remodeling ideas, giving them the opportunity to get new fresh and modern buildings or spaces suited to their personal needs and budget. We know that every project is different, every structure has its unique reason for existing and for that's why we find very important to always follow the same path: Start with a project mission statement Create a mind map using key words and phrases in the mission statement Use the mind map to arrive at the 3-5 top project objectives Use the top 3-5 project objectives to brainstorm project goals in a non-judgmental environment Put project objectives and goal aside for 2-4 weeks to let them marinate Rigorously review goals and objectives to assign a priority ranking Create project plan based on goals and objectives that includes milestones and contingencies.
